Our Mission
The Movement Station CIC is Northern Ireland's first lifespan movement ecosystem —based in Newtownabbey overlooking Belfast Lough. A fully inclusive, community-led facility delivering movement, physical literacy and wellbeing for all ages, from early childhood to older adulthood. Organised around five pillars — Wellness, Expression, Movement, Restoration and Growth — we exist to make active living accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability or background.
